L'assistente dell' illusionista David Copperfield è rimasto ferito durante un'esibizione a Las Vegas. Il numero  consisteva nel camminare tra le lame rotanti di un ventilatore industriale alto tre metri e mezzo. Improvvisamente l'assistente è stato  catturato dalle lame in movimento che lo hanno ferito al braccio e al volto. Se l'è cavata  8 o 9 punti al viso ed un intervento chirurgico per ricomporre le ferite al braccio.
